We’re hiring for our BOARD MEETING team
based in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Brand Activation Specialist cooperates closely
with Business Development and Management in order to develop and implement a
successful marketing strategy for BOARD MEETING’s products. The Brand
Activation Specialist knowledge on how to drive product adoption combined with
communication skills and analytical abilities contributes to shaping how new
and existing business grow. Using influencing and relationship-building skills,
a Brand Activation Specialist provides top-caliber client service, research and
market analysis, anticipating how decisions are made, persistently exploring
and uncovering the business needs of BOARD MEETING's key clients and understanding
how our range of product offerings can grow their business. The Brand
Activation Specialist builds content (text, pictures, info graphics, videos)
and engaging experiences that will evangelize new and existing customers on
BOARD MEETING’s product offerings and brand.
The primary role of the Brand Activation Specialist is
to assist the Business Development efforts by planning marketing efforts and creating
content and engaging materials and experiences that can be used to generate
interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The Brand
Activation Specialist also aids the Business Development efforts on developing
a local and international Partner ecosystem for BOARD MEETING’s product
offerings. Additionally, the Brand Activation Specialist works BOARD MEETING’s
social networks presence and newsletters to strengthen the brand and help the
Business Development efforts to develop the pipeline of new business coming in.
This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services CAVEDIGITAL
can provide, and of the company’s competitors. The main duties of the Brand
Activation Specialist can be summarized as follows:
Bachelor or Master degree is a preference.
Creativity and being passionate about branding with a
particular interest in video.
Analytical acumen, team player, paired with agile
mindset and can do attitude.
Business driven, proactive and entrepreneur mentality.
Customer-, target- and result-oriented.
Has an open
mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
Ability to fluently speak, read and write Portuguese
(Portugal) and English.
Networking, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research,
Writing, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Marketing Planning,
Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Goals,
Professionalism, good skills with Adobe Photoshop, Paint.NET, video editing
software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
